The LRMS-3000 automatic machine is designed for filling water and drinks with syrup into bottles made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET containers). The dosage of the product is carried out according to the level by the overflow method. The machine is equipped with syrup glasses that dose the blend (syrup) directly into the bottles after pouring carbonated water. A distinctive feature of this filling machine is the presence of separate syrup supply channels, which allows you to pour both drinking water and sweet carbonated water on the device without additional flushing of the product supply channels.

The SAT-U 3.5 saturation unit is designed for continuous saturation of drinking water with carbon dioxide and mixing with syrup (concentrate) in a given proportion. It is part of the packaging line for soft drinks and must be operated in closed rooms with an air temperature of +10 ... +40 ° C. The machine meets the safety requirements according to GOST 12.2.124-2013.

The capping machine UA-3000 is designed for sealing PET bottles (0.25-2L) with a screw plastic stopper. The installation is an integral part of a set of equipment for packaging soft drinks in bottles. It is made in the climatic version of UHL. Placement category 4 according to GOST 15150-69 and is designed for operation at temperatures from +5 ° C to +40 ° C.

The elevator-orientator EO-3000 is designed for sampling the cap from the hopper, orientation and feeding it into the cork feeder. The capacity of the hopper is up to 1500 pieces of plugs.

The labeling machine ETP-3000 is designed for applying a ring, polypropylene label to a gas-filled or non-carbonated PET bottle of cylindrical shape.

The transportation conveyor for bottles is used as part of automated lines for moving bottles in the horizontal plane. It is a necessary element connecting blowing, filling, capping, labeling and thermal packaging equipment into a single chain.

The pneumatic conveyor is designed to move empty PET containers inside the processing line. The pneumatic conveyor is a box made of stainless steel, having metal guides for the movement of bottles and mounted on tripod holders. On the outside of the box are mounted bumpers-holders. The sides-holders are adjustable according to the size of PET containers. To move the bottles, air is used, which is pumped using a fan. The volume and pressure of the air is regulated by means of a frequency converter installed inside the electrical panel from which the control is carried out.

The STN-1 storage table works complete with conveyors and is intended for grouping containers before further packaging in a shipping film or labeling.

The bactericidal irradiator OBK-5 is a closed-type irradiator. The device is used at food industry enterprises for disinfection of PET container stoppers. Irradiation is carried out by a bactericidal lamp that emits UV rays with a wavelength of 253.7 nm, harmful to various bacteria, viruses and microorganisms located on surfaces and in the indoor air. Class of protection against electric shock according to GOST 12.2.025-76 class I type N. Type of climatic design UHL 4.2 according to GOST 15150-69. It is possible to supply an irradiator without a lamp.
